Aubrey Plaza became an SNL intern in 2005. Before then she was taking comedy classes. She auditioned for the show just one year before she landed her role on Parks and Recreation, but was not cast. Too bad!

SNL Movie?
While many characters and skits have become movies, there still has not been an “SNL movie.” A writing staff developed a script in 1990 and the movie would have been an anthology-style sketch comedy film. The project was abandoned and none of the sketches from the script made it into the show.
