One World Trade Center

While Enterprise Social Investment Corporation does quality work developing small buildings for the people of New York, the One World Trade Center stands above all. Also known as 1 WTC or the ‘Freedom Tower’, the One World Trade Center is a 104 story structure that shares a name with the original World Trade Center that was destroyed during terrorist attacks on 9/11. The 1 WTC was built from 2006 to 2013 and cost almost $4 billion dollars to develop. The building is 1,776 feet tall and it is one of the tallest building son the planet. There are 94 total floors that span over an area of 3.5 million square feet. The building was designed by David Childs and Dniel Libeskind and developed by the Port Authority of New York.

Makkah Clock Royal Tower Hotel

Now we are heading to Mecca in Saudi Arabia to pay homage to the Makkah Clock Royal Tower. The Makkah Clock was built over time from 2004 to 2010 and it sits at an impressive 1,972 feet tall. There are over 1,500 rooms for rent in the building as well as 10 different restaurants. The building was designed by Richmond International and it is managed by the famous Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. This is the among the tallest towers in the world but one of the least optimized due to its primary faculties as a hotel. The Makkah has won numerous World Travel awards and it is revered as the best hotel in all of the Middle East.
